Andrew Krimm

Violist Andrew Krimm is a founding member of the award-winning Altius Quartet, earning top prizes at the Coltman and Plowman Chamber Music Competitions and a Silver Medal at the Fischoff Competition. He has performed at Carnegie Hall and released two acclaimed albums, including Shostakovich: Personal Quartets. A graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder and Southern Methodist University, Krimm has studied with renowned mentors like the Takács Quartet. Beyond performance, he has led arts organizations as Executive Director of the Boulder Symphony and the Arts HUB in Lafayette, CO, championing community engagement and artistic innovation.
