Christopher Holman
Christopher Holman is an internationally acclaimed organist, harpsichordist, and scholar. A recipient of the Frank Huntington Beebe Fund Fellowship, he studied at Schola Cantorum Basiliensis, performing across Europe on historic organs. Winner of the Albert Schweitzer Competition, he has appeared at major festivals including Leipzig Bach Festival and London Handel Festival. An expert in J.S. Bach and performance practice, Christopher’s research is published in leading journals, and his continuo playing is featured with Boulder Bach Festival on the Sono Luminus label. He serves as Director of Music at St. Gertrude Church (Cincinnati) and holds a PhD in Music from the University of Oxford, where he lectured and directed the Exeter College Choir.
